When will my order Ship?
Orders placed before 3:00pm Central Time ship the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00pm Central Time or over the weekend will ship the next business day. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How long does shipping take?
All SOLAI HOUSE orders are shipped at a flat rate of $4.99. Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within the United States. While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible some areas may require additional transit time. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your Exchange Policy?
We want every SOLAI HOUSE experience to feel just right. If you would like to exchange an item we are happy to help within 30 days of delivery. Here is how it works:
Simply reach out to us at solai@solaihouse.com or call us at (251) 270-9933 before sending anything back. Our team will walk you through the process and make sure your exchange is handled smoothly and quickly.
Items must be in their original packaging with at least 50% of the product remaining to be eligible for exchange. Exchanges are available for a different scent, size, or product of equal or lesser value. If your preferred item is out of stock at the time of your exchange we will issue store credit so you never lose the value of your purchase.
If your item arrived damaged or defective we will replace it immediately at no additional cost to you. No questions asked.
Return shipping on exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective in which case we will cover it completely.
Gift sets and bundled items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
When will I receive my Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.
What is your Return Policy?
At SOLAI HOUSE every order is carefully curated and thoughtfully packaged. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return items must meet the following requirements:
Items must be in their original packaging with at least 50% of the product remaining. Items that are completely used, empty, or missing their original packaging are not eligible for return. Gift sets and bundled items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item arrived damaged or defective. In that case SOLAI HOUSE will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Please note:
We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet our return eligibility requirements. Any item returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Yes! Every SOLAI HOUSE order is thoughtfully packaged, but for an added touch of elegance complimentary gift wrapping is available upon request. Simply leave a note at checkout or email us at solai@solaihouse.com and we will ensure your order arrives beautifully wrapped with a personal note, perfect for gifting or simply indulging yourself.
