What is your Return Policy?
At SOLAÏ House, we take great pride in curating products designed to elevate your glow and enrich your space. If, for any reason, your experience is less than exceptional, we are here to assist with grace and care.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send out a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exception / Non Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (beauty products). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

What is your shelf life of your tanning products?
Private label tanning products typically have a shelf life of 12–24 months:
- Unopened: Most formulas remain stable and effective for up to 24 months, provided they are stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. The key active ingredient, DHA (dihydroxyacetone), is sensitive to air and light exposure.
- After Opening: Opened Self-Tanner: Typically lasts for about 6-12 months after opening. Beyond this timeframe, the effectiveness of the product can diminish due to the breakdown of DHA, potentially resulting in uneven or patchy color. It may also lead to changes in the product's color, smell, or texture.
Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?
Yes, we do.
Every SOLAÏ House order is thoughtfully packaged, but for an added touch of elegance, complimentary gift wrapping is available upon request. Simply leave a note at checkout, and we’ll ensure your order arrives beautifully wrapped with a personal note, perfect for gifting, or indulging yourself.

What is the burn time of your candles?
Our 18 oz soy–coconut candle with 2 wicks will typically burn about:
🔥 90–110 hours
Because of the 2 wicks, it will burn more evenly across the wide surface but also a bit faster.
Our 55 oz soy–coconut candle with 4 wicks will usually give you:
🔥 250+ hours
Because of the 4 wicks, it will burn more evenly across the wide surface but also a bit faster.
Helpful tips to get a longer burn time:
- Trimmed wicks to ¼ inch before each burn.
- Keep each burn session to 3–4 hours (to create a full melt pool).
- Be sure the candle is burned in a stable, draft-free environment.
Do you have a storefront?
We do not have a physical storefront. SOLAÏ House was created as an exclusive online experience, allowing us to deliver our curated collection of tanning and home fragrance luxuries directly to you.
