Returns & Refunds

Your happiness matters to us. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

To begin a return, email us at orders@solaihouse.com or call (251) 270-9933. Once approved, we'll send a prepaid return label with instructions. Please note: returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages or Wrong Items
Please look over your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom and personalized orders, as well as personal care and beauty products, are final sale. Not sure if your item qualifies? Just ask us!

Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 10 days. Bank processing may add a few additional days.

Private label tanning products typically have a shelf life of 12–24 months:

• Unopened: Most formulas remain stable and effective for up to 24 months, provided they are stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. The key active ingredient, DHA (dihydroxyacetone), is sensitive to air and light exposure.
• After Opening: Opened Self-Tanner: Typically lasts for about 6-12 months after opening. Beyond this timeframe, the effectiveness of the product can diminish due to the breakdown of DHA, potentially resulting in uneven or patchy color. It may also lead to changes in the product's color, smell, or texture.
